Located off 44th Street, the lobby café serves as the daily front door to 343 Madison—welcoming tenants, guests, and commuters with a premium yet highly efficient coffee and light-fare experience. Seamlessly integrated into the architecture and security flow of the building, it’s designed for movement without compromise.
The lobby café will operate under a custom brand name, developed in partnership with ownership to create a proprietary concept unique to 343 Madison while remaining modern, approachable, and distinctly New York.
The food and beverage program will feature Parlor Coffee as the primary coffee partner, complemented by premium pastries from the Dominque Ansel and a concise selection of fresh grab‑and‑go items including breakfast offerings, salads, sandwiches, and healthy snacks. All offerings will be thoughtfully curated and displayed undercounter to preserve the clean, refined aesthetic of the lobby.
